Designation: Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager – Research process Outsourcing Services / Knowledge Process Outsourcing Services
• Selling / Business development for company’s service offerings (Business Research Services) mandatory in the US, European markets
• Lead generation and responding to RFPs / tenders managing the entire sales life cycle starting from prospecting through closure.
• Farm existing accounts and achieving the revenue targets
• Actively engage in social media marketing to promote company’s service offerings
• Experience in selling services to KPO Services Mandatory.
• Must have travelled across UK / US regions.
• Around 10 years of overall experience with the majority of them in sales in BPO or ITES Industry, preferably with mid company with around 3+ years relevant experience selling Research Services.
• Hard-core front end - international sales experience with consistent achievement of new sales targets
Should have exposure to managing existing business and farming of existing account to generate new business
• Should be able to cultivate / engage CXOs, Finance Directors for our Services.
• Should have and be able to use professional / industry contacts
• Should have a very good understanding, solutions, pricing & cross selling of other BPO services
Excellent written and presentation skills
• Hands-on experience in the entire Sales life-cycle including prospecting, leads qualification, requirement understanding, proposal presentation and sales closure.
• Ideally, exposure to working within a multi-cultural environment and exposure in managing Clients.
• Should be flexible (include night shift) to work in US and UK timings as the interaction will be with international clients.
• The candidates should have pure B/KPO background that has sourced back office projects and having good contacts.
Desired Profile for BDM/BDE :
At least 4 to 6 years of business development experience, last 3 years in the BPO/KPO/LPO industry
- Strong experience in end-to-end sales cycle
- Proven sales track record with a minimum of US $ 250,000 annual target from the US &/or European clients
- Strong Functional/Domain experience in Data Processing, Market Research outsourcing, Lead Generation / Sales Support Process outsourcing, Designing & Web Development / other IT Services/Non-voice BPO services
- Established network and contacts in the industry
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience and expertise in effectively using CRM tools such as Salesforce, ZOHO, etc.
