COVID 19 staff protection plan of action at Rosebank lodge and backpacker.
We are offering accommodation pooling for members of staff

• We at Rosebank lodge and backpacker have all types of accommodation that we will be offering to nearby businesses, at a reduced rate, for their staff to reside near work during the COVID 19 pandemic.
• We are doing this to ease the burden of worry for the community and minimize the chances of infection for business owners, workers and their loved ones.
• In order to avoid high risk areas like public transport system and townships, we are offering our premises to those who work nearby as a temporary housing solution. This is so as to avoid highly populated areas where the spread of COVID 19 would flourish.

As we have all become aware, the moving around of people allows for passing of the virus, so let us band together and reduce the amount of people on our public transport systems.

Our aim here is to keep the rates at the same price as would cost workers for their monthly transport bill. If you are interested in taking part in this initiative, we are welcoming discussions with nearby businesses to negotiate how we can accommodate the workforce. We have come up with various ideas and possible solutions to making this a viable plan

Solutions for ease of staff movement
• Reduced rates for staff accommodation
• Keeping costs equal to monthly transport costs
• Limiting amount of people using public transport
• Possible daily car-pooling for those who need to be dropped off and collected.
• Negotiations with business owners for advantageous implementation.
