Artist Housing has had the most affordable housing in Los Angeles consistently for 10 years. We don’t have private apartments though, we provide communities to live in (co-living). You share common areas or bedrooms and it ultimately saves you a lot of money while making life-long friends.

If you want to apply we will need to check your credit score and criminal history. It is $39. To do so just fill out a profile by clicking on any of the available beds at: www.Applications.TenantCloud.com (does not matter which one u choose on the site).

If your score is below 600, you could do a co-signer that has a credit score above 700, OR a double deposit… but thats $1,200. You do get it all back usually within 24hrs after move out. And if u can show ur score to turn over 600 while staying with us we can return the additional deposit at that time.
