Mohinder Singh Makhan (Real Owner Of Makhan Fish) in March, 1991 with a small Khokha (stall) that was located at Lawrence Road, Amritsar. The recipe and technique of making amritsari fish was inherited from his father. Before starting at Lawrence Road S. Mohinder Singh Makhan worked with his father for almost 16 Years.In this spam of time he didn�t only learned the technique but also mastered in making fish in Amritsar and Makhan fish. After coming to Lawrence road in 1991, within 6 month's Fish of Makhan (Mohinder) didn�t only get popular in the local region, but also get popularity throughout the whole Punjab and as well as in whole India
