Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby confirm our readiness to proceed with an SBLC transaction through our top-rated banking institution under the following proposed terms:

SBLC Lease: 4% + 2%
SBLC Purchase: 32% + 2%

Commission Structure (Total 2%):
* 0.5% to Issuer Side
* 1.5% to Receiver Side

In line with standard international banking procedures, we are prepared to move first with the issuance of our RWA (Ready, Willing, and Able) Letter to formally confirm our capability and intent to perform.

Upon receipt and confirmation of the RWA Letter, we anticipate moving forward promptly to finalize the transaction framework and subsequent steps in coordination with all relevant parties.
